As the green, digital, and social transitions are gaining momentum, we believe that organisations have a unique opportunity to stay ahead by evolving first. Proactively shaping these transitions requires organisations to view their context as an interconnected ecology rather than separate spheres. Only then can they identify the right questions to continue creating value in the future.
Seeing more by exploring "for planet"
This is the essence of planetary perspectives, our powerful strategizing approach that treats technology, business and human-centricity as part of a larger system: the planet. Understanding what for planet means enables organisations to craft strategies in relation to non-human actors, such as bodies of water, resources but also AI-agents, alongside the hidden potential of human actors from in- and outside the organisation.
Sustaining value for many — not just few
As a result, strategies no longer end up in a dusty drawer. Instead, they evolve into an iterative strategizing process that engages various actors in strategy work across time horizons to create new opportunities–for organisations, people and the planet.
