
The Swiss software company G+D Netcetera, part of a German SecurityTech corporation, invited us to provide an external perspective. The challenge: how could the division’s value creation resonate more clearly within the company’s overall strategy?
We began with interviews involving the executive board and key stakeholders from both the division and the corporation to establish a shared understanding of existing narratives. Building on these insights, we facilitated a participatory workshop where stakeholders and their relationships were mapped by entrepreneurial talents from the organisation. This made the underlying dynamics tangible and revealed potential fields of opportunity. Reflecting these findings back to central stakeholders built towards a foundation for upcoming decision-making.
The process helped define the upcoming process needed (“the how”) to reach the set goals (“the what”). By surfacing existing strengths and highlighting areas for adaptation, we created space for the division and its stakeholders to further decide on its future its place within the overarching strategic narrative of the company.
