With one of Germany's top five insurances, we prototyped the strategic development of a crucial operational unit. By connecting technological and social aspects, we developed a collaborative process that brings together humans and AI agents in a much more effective and fulfilling way. Now, they can jointly focus their time on solving the requests that matter most.

By not only focusing on technology but also the social aspects of AI technologies, we critically enhanced the projects chance for successful implementation and adaption.
